Free Domestic Shipping

We know it's hard to believe, but it's true. The shipping cost is no longer your burden. We'll take care of it on all orders shipping within the USA, via reliable Fedex or USPS service.

    International Shipping

    For all international shipments, we offer FedEx International Priority service or USPS International Service for a flat rate starting at $50.00 for the first item and $30.00 for each ADDITIONAL item. Most of our shipments are sent via Fedex, we reserve the right to ship via the best option without notice.

      1. All import customs duties and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipments returned to iForte for non-payment of duties and / or taxes will not receive a refund.
      2. iForte must declare full retail value of product(s) on our customs declaration form for all shipments. For warranty replacements, exchanges, and other products returned to customers, we will declare a $0.00 USD value, per federal commercial shipment guidelines.
      3. Shipments to the country of Russia, please contact us at info@iForte.com for shipping rates.

    Additional Shipping Fees

    Please be advised that in some rural, remote, or otherwise difficult to reach delivery areas of some countries including the U.S., the local FedEx office will assess additional delivery / shipment fees at the time delivery. 

    Please be advised that although it seems unfair, these additional shipment fees are legitimate. Also, please note that these charges are separate from, and not related to the customs duties charges from the destination country. We can certainly understand how some customers would object to these unspecified and unapproved additional shipment fees.We apologize for this inconvenience. Upon your request, we will credit your account for these additional shipment fees, or you will have the option to reject your shipment and receive a full refund your order.

    Undeliverable Packages

    Occasionally packages are returned to iForte as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to iForte, please contact info@iForte.com to make arrangements for shipment.

    Failed Delivery Attempts

    Most of iForte’ carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to iForte. 

    Warranty

    All new iForte products have a One Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. Please email us at info@iForte.com with any questions or concerns.
